All licenses expire December 31 of each year - except Child Care, which are valid for one year from the time they are issued.
Police Chief approves all Licenses.

Certificates of Occupancy required on new or remodeled building.

The forms are available for you to print off and fill out. You will have to include your payment, as well as being sure that your signature is notarized if necessary. The City Clerk's Office has notaries available, should you require one.
