Access Management Plan Update 

The Access Management Plan developed in February 1998 provided consistent access management policies within the Bonneville Metropolitan Planning Organization (BMPO) area.  The recently adopted BMPO 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan (May 2011) recommended an update to the 1998 Access Management Plan.  The 2012 Access Management Plan Update includes current best practices and specific new items identified in the Transportation System Alternatives Study (May 2011).
