About Idaho Falls Power

Idaho Falls Power is a municipal electric utility serving the corporate city limits of Idaho Falls, Idaho. The City has operated the utility continuously since its establishment in 1900 and serves approximately 22,350 residential and 3,680 commercial customers. The service area encompasses approximately 23 square miles and is served by nearly 450 miles of transmission and distribution lines. The division employs 64 people serving the citizens of Idaho Falls.
