The Finance Department is comprised of the City Controller, Paymaster and Account Payable Offices. A variety of professional and technical accounting duties are performed to monitor City fiscal activity for conformity to establish budgets. The Accounts Payable office documents and processes all City payments. The Paymaster records, processes, and issues employee salaries, wages, and benefits.
