Treasurer's Office handles Accounts Receivable & Business Improvement District billings & payments, utility, parking & ambulance payments, & collects monies from various City departments such as the Utility Billing Department, the Meter Reading Department, and the Credit Department.

Utility Billing Department:
Handles all orders for connects & disconnects, transfers, auto pay, level pay & water turn on & off's. (208)612-8280

Handles reading of all City of Idaho Falls meters & does billing trouble shooting. (208)612-8253

Credit Department:
Handles collection on past due bills & payment arrangements on delinquent accounts. (208)612-8285
