Swim Team Program at the Aquatic Center!
April 8—May 18, 2013 Registration begins March 4, 2013
The WDAC’s Surfer Swim Team is for ages 6-15. This team will provide swimmers with the opportunity to develop their swimming skills, develop sportsmanship, improve physical fitness and have fun in a low competitive environment. Swimmers will practice the four completive strokes with focus on technique. Turns and starts will also be practiced. The team will be made up of a maximum of 40 swimmers per session (see below). Swimmers will have 12 practices and 1 swim meet. Participants must be able to swim both front crawl and backstroke at least 25 yards, & across the deep end with good form (all practices will be swam in the 25 yd lanes).

Practice Times: Ages 6-11 Practice Times: Monday & Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm Ages 11-15 Practice Times: Monday & Wednesday 7:15-8:15pm Program Fees: $80 ($73 with City Rate Card) Fees include 12 practices, ribbons, and team T-Shirt & swim cap.
A Swim Meet will be held on Saturday, May 18th, at 7:00am (Awards Party Following)
