Sandy Downs Grandstands/Arena $600.00 per day plus tax & $350.00 cleaning deposit
(fees are different for certain events such as concerts, or events requiring special set up or services by the Parks Dept.)
4H Arena $100.00 per day with a $100.00 cleaning deposit
Extra Dumpsters $83.00 each.
Fees are due before event can take place.
A $500,000 Liability event insurance certificate showing the City of Idaho Falls as an additional insured will be required from applicants propising events that pose a risk of public injury or private/park property damage. Fees for security, parking control, park staff or extraoridnary cost imposed on the Parks & Recreation Dept. for your event will be addressed with the appoval for your park perfmit. If there will be alcohol served or sold at any event, you must obain an additional liquor liability certificate of insurance in the amount of $500,000. Insurance certificates must be turned in 48 hours prior to the scheduled event or Parks & Recreation reserves the rights to cancel this agreement.
