Spring, Summer, Fall, & Winter EdZOOcation Classes
Kids ages 2-13! Have a great time at the zoo while you take a class on things such as bunnies, primates, endangered animals, water ecology or big cats, just to name a few! EdZOOcation classes are offered year round: spring break, all throughout the summer, fall teacher in-service days and during winter break. Weeklong Zoo Camps
Zoo camps are offered twice for each age group every summer. Ages 7-9 come from either 9am-noon or 1pm-4pm for 5 days and ages 10-12 come from 9am-4pm for 5 days. Campers get behind the scenes opportunities with zoo staff and volunteers. Each day is full of topic and age-appropriate lessons, arts, crafts, animal interaction and activities in the zoo. Cost includes a T-shirt, certificate of graduation and lessons taught by trained instructors.

Behind the Scenes Tours
What's behind that big gate? We'll go behind the scenes to find out what we feed the animals and how we take care of some of the world's endangered species. Schedule your own private tour for this unique opportunity. Tour requires a minimum of six people and the group must sign up at least one week ahead of time.

Family/Group Overnight Safaris
Come spend a wild sleepover at the zoo with your family, friends, scout troop, church group, birthday party, or school. Journey through the Zoo in the dark on a nightime flashlight tour looking for nocturnal animals! Join us for a cook-out dinner, a behind-the-scenes tour to see where our animals eat and sleep, and eveing fun and activities. Wake up the next morning to the sounds of the zoo as you enjoy a light breakfast. Have a ton of fun while spending the night at the zoo! One adult is required for every 5 kids.
