KARATE
JKA Shotokan is a traditional Japanese martial art. Em
phasis will be on basics, kata (forms), & kumite (sparring). Juniors will learn discipline, focus, respect and goal setting (school grades & conduct a must)! Adults will learn self defense, awareness, and pushing your own physical ability.
Law enforcement classes available upon request.
