REQUEST:         The applicant is requesting consideration of a variance to increase the maximum size of school sign from  60 square feet to 108.5 square feet and; from a maximum height of 15 feet to a height of 21 feet located generally south of John Adams Parkway, north and adjacent to 17th Street, east and adjacent to Ashment Avenue, west and adjacent to 25th East (Hitt Road) and, legally described as a Portion of the E½, SE¼ and the NE¼, SE¼ Section 21, T 2N, R 38E( EITC).

REQUEST:         The applicant is requesting consideration of a variance to allow an existing car port that encroaches 2 feet into the required 5 foot side yard setback and, 11 feet into the required 30 foot front yard setback located generally south of Garfield Street, north of E. First Street, east of Evergreen Drive, west and adjacent to Tabor Avenue and, legally described as Lot 20, Block 11, South Bel Aire, Division No. 4.
