Message From the Chief
As we move ahead in the 21st century, the Idaho Falls Police Department remains committed to public safety and crime reduction. The men and women of the I.F.P.D. have made our agency one of the best in the country. From civilian employees to police officers, it is truly a privilege to work with these dedicated people. Our department offers a wide scope of programs and services usually found only in the larger metropolitan areas. We have broad community support. We constantly strive to find innovative ways to work with individuals, organizations, and businesses. The challenge of every person in our community is to make Idaho Falls a better place to live. We hope you enjoy our website and find it useful. Our goal is to provide you with helpful information and some insight about what’s happening inside the Idaho Falls Police Department. In addition, I would like to personally invite you to attend our Citizen Police Academy. It is a great way to really see the department from the inside.
