Subject Old Artic Circle Building and surrounding area

Description This building is a disgrace and so is the entire area surrounding it that runs along Utah Avenue. You need to clean it up.

Notes All debris has been removed from the building and around the property. The building has also been properly secured by the fire department and posted by the building department which is the procedure required by the building and fire codes for vacant or abandoned properties and is the extent to which a jurisdiction has the authority to secure a privately owned property.
