Subject Broken sprinkler head

Description 2nd request for broken sprinkler. We were just at Highland park by the restroom walking our dog. There is still a large area of soggy grass, from the sprinker over to the sidewalk toward the bathroom and almost down to the dumpster by Melaleuca Field.

Notes Thank you for notifying the Parks and Division of this issue. The area in question has been inspected and findings show that there are no sprinkler breaks and that the ground is retaining more moisture due to cooler weather. In an effort to remedy the issue, water running times and frequency have been reduced.
