If I am going to re-roof my house by myself (with no commercial influence) do I need to get a building permit?
Notes
Yes, a roofing permit is required by the Building Department. You may pick one up at 680 Park Av, the cost for a roofing permits is 1% of the cost of the material if you are doing your own work.
