Why utility auto pay not made close to when payment is due?
Description
My utility bill is due before September 9, and the auto pay takes my money almost two weeks before the due date (August 25). Many of us are paid at the end of the month. Can you change it so the auto-pay is debited at least close to when the utility bill is due?
