REQUEST:         The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit under Section 5-8-1.C.4, to reduce the parking required for expansion and relocation of an existing restaurant in downtown Idaho Falls on property located at the northwest corner of Park Avenue and B Street and legally described as Lot 1 and a Portion of Lot 2, Block 19, Holmes Addition.
