City of Idaho Falls - How do I obtain a criminal warrant for someone?

Question:	How do I obtain a criminal warrant for someone?
Answer:	Warrants can only be obtained through the Bonneville County Prosecutors office by a Magistrate Judge. In order to obtain a warrant a crime must have been committed and a police report filed. The Bonneville County Prosecutors will make the decision whether or not to pursue criminal charges against a suspect.
