Eviction of someone from a home is a civil process. Information about how to evict someone can be found on the Idaho Self Help web site at:  http://www.courtselfhelp.idaho.gov/. The Idaho Falls Police department does not get involved in civil matters unless directly ordered by a Magistrate and/or Judge. The Idaho Falls Police will respond if criminal laws are being violated during the eviction.
