The Idaho Falls Police department will respond to any accident where property damage or injury has occurred. By Idaho Statute, any vehicle accident that produces damage to any one vehicle of $1,500.00 or more, or has any injuries, will require a full accident report. In accidents that have damage of less than $1,500.00 to any one vehicle, an Officer may complete an “Exchange of Information” form so all parties have information for their insurance companies.
