Idaho Falls Update
17th St - Pancheri Dr Overlay Project
Pancheri Dr from Capital Ave to Yellowstone Hwy
17th St. from Yellowstone Hwy to Holmes Ave
Please be aware that HK Contractors will be performing ADA ramp replacement with milling and paving to follow along the existing roadway. Traffic loops will be installed at the intersections of Pancheri and Capital Ave. and17th, and South Boulevard. Seal coat will be applied 30 days after paving is completed.
As per contract, work will be 7 days a week, with 40 working days to complete the project. The work will start on May 14th with one lane closure to accommodate ADA concrete work. Milling and paving will start approximately 2 weeks later.
As per contract, milling and paving from Capital to Rollandet will be performed during the hours of 9 pm to 6 am. Milling and paving from Rollandet to Holmes Ave. will be performed during the hours of 7 am to 9 pm.
We anticipate June 20th as the completion date for the paving, and August 12th to have Seal coating and Thermoplastic installed for final completion.
Please watch for equipment and workmen, follow all traffic signs and flaggers, and reduce speeds to posted limits.
We appreciate your patience during this construction period. If you have any questions, please contact:

Mayor's Message
Be the Change
I would like to share with the community one of the significant programs we have created over the last 8 years and that is the Mayor’s Scholarship Fund. I have provided the speech I delivered this past week and I hope you have a great sense of pride as I do in preparing our future youth in becoming our next generation leadership.
