Thank you for taking the time to set up an account for the Jr. High Swim Team. This secure account is REQUIRED for swim meet participation, as it is how swimmers sign up for swim meets. It is important that you maintain an active email address for purposes of team communication. 

You only need to register each swimmer ONCE - do not make multiple accounts for different sessions. 

To set up an account:

1. Go to Active.com
2. Click on "Sign Up" in the upper right-hand corner
3. Enter your email address and click "Next"
4. Enter in all required information, create a password, and agree to the terms of use, then click "Sign Up"
5. You should have a success screen pop up. It should redirect you automatically to a sign-in page
6. Sign in using the email and password you just used to register
7. Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner and click "View Profile"
8. On the left-hand side, click on "My Family"
9. Click "Add Family Member"
10. Fill in all required information on this page, then click "Save Family Member" at the bottom. 
    1. Choose a fun color for your swimmer at the top of the page. Activities that Active.com thinks your athlete would be interested in will have a banner of that color over the name, allowing you to easily search. It is recommended that you choose a different color for each family member. 
    2. Active.com will highlight nearby activities for your athletes based on their interests. Click any you like, but be sure to select "SWIMMING"
11. On the top of the page, hover over "Events," then under "Sports," select "Swimming." You can also use the search bar to type in "Swimming."
12. Click on "Jr. High Swim Team"
13. Click "Register Now"
14. Fill out all required information and click "Continue" at the bottom of the page. 
15. Select the team that your athlete will be on. 
16. Select the bubble next to "Pay in Full." You should have already registered at the Aquatic Center, and so your price is $0.00. 
17. Click "Continue" at the bottom of the page. 
18. Fill in all required information and click "Continue" at the bottom of the page. 
19. Review your information and click "Check Out" at the bottom of the page.
