Idaho Falls Power partners with City Utilities to handle billing for all city services: electric, water, wastewater and sanitation.
We offer a number of ways to receive and pay your bill, including Paperless Billing, Auto Pay by credit or debit card or auto bank withdrawal, telephone payments and a drop box located outside the Utilities office at City Hall, 308 Constitution Way, which is where in-person payments are made.
