Volunteers are important members of the Idaho Falls Zoo family. The zoo offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for adults, teens, and groups.
From animal care (cleaning, handling, etc.) to gardening, exploration stations to Zoomobiles; working with keepers to special events, the zoo has something for everyone.
Junior Zoo Crew is an education program where selected teens interact with the public, help with special events, and assist in the Children’s Zoo by feeding and cleaning animals.
