Our advanced metering system automatically notifies us when an outage occurs. We still encourage you to report the outage, however, by either submitting the form below or calling (208) 612-8430.
Check the status of your electric service by going here and clicking on Report an Outage in the top right of the page, entering your account number and hitting Check Status.

***If you do not live within the city limits of Idaho Falls, do not report your outage here. Idaho Falls Power only serves customers within the city limits of Idaho Falls. If you live outside the city limits (i.e. Ammon, Iona, Ucon, Rigby, Rexburg) you'll need to contact your electric utility provider.
