Thanks to amazing community support, the August Bat Night at Idaho Falls Zoo is SOLD OUT! The Idaho Falls Zoo at Tautphaus Park has seen over 400 people and raised over $1,600 that will go to support the local bat research project at the zoo and in surrounding areas. For those who do have tickets, please note the start time has been changed to 8:30 p.m.
We want to thank Veolia Nuclear Solutions, BYU-Idaho, and US Fish and Wildlife Service for helping support the research, education, and conservation of bat in southeastern Idaho through programs like Bat Night.
The zoo will be hosting more Bat Nights in 2020 so watch the zoo’s website, Facebook, and Instagram pages for more information.
Zoo hours are daily 9 a.m.-6 p.m. now through Labor Day.
