[ARCHIVED] A Few More Spots Now Available for Bat Night on Thursday

Bat Night

Good news! A few more spots have opened up for the last Idaho Falls Zoo Bat Night of 2019. But hurry as space is limited! Bat Night will take place Thursday, Aug. 15 starting at 8:30 p.m. in the William J. Maeck Education Center. Bat Night is only $5.50 per person and all monies support conservation projects, like the bat research project, at your zoo. Register online here or call (208) 612-8453.

You won’t want to miss your opportunity to explore the zoo in a whole new light—at night—and learn about Idaho native bats from the experts who know the most about them.

We want to thank Veolia Nuclear Solutions, BYU-Idaho, and US Fish and Wildlife Service for helping support the research, education, and conservation of bat in southeastern Idaho through programs like Bat Night.

Zoo hours are daily 9 a.m.-6 p.m. now through Labor Day.
