UPDATE (4:11 p.m.): Bonneville High School - The issue has been isolated. The school is cleared of all smoke and we have cleared the scene.
ORIGINAL NOTICE: The Idaho Falls Fire Department is on scene at Bonneville High School for a report of smoke inside the school. The administrative staff smelled smoke and called 9-1-1 at approximately 3:02 p.m. There are no active flames and nothing was showing from the outside of the school when we arrived. Most occupants were out of the school at the time that dispatch received the call. There were no injuries reported. We are inside the building and on the roof checking for potential HVAC or electrical issues. Traffic is heavy due to the time of day and students being dismissed from school, so deputies from Bonneville County Sheriff's Office have the roads closed off. Students who need to get out of the cold weather are advised to go to the seminary building.
