[ARCHIVED] June Events for Everyone at the Idaho Falls Zoo

June has Sippin safaria little something for everyone planned at your Idaho Falls Zoo!

June 4: Sippin’ Safari- Join us for one of our newer fundraising events, Sippin’ Safari! From 5:30-9:00 p.m. on the first Friday of select months, enjoy an evening strolling the zoo listening to live music with your family. In June, we’ll enjoy the ska-rific beats of The Opskamatrists! You’ll have the opportunity to purchase food as well as adult and non-alcoholic drinks, so bring your ID, and all ages are welcome. Admission is $10 for members of the public ages three and up; $5 for zoo members ages three and up, and children two and under can enjoy the zoo for free! Tickets must be purchased online before the event at https://tinyurl.com/4ud87ua7. Since the event is a fundraiser, zoo memberships aren’t valid for entry.  

June 19-20: Father’s Weekend at the Zoo- We got to honor the amazing mothers in May, so now it’s the dads’ turn! Celebrate the amazing men in our lives and in our zoo family! We invite all the men to enjoy admission to the zoo for only $0.50 with a paid child admission on Saturday, June 19, and Sunday, June 20 from 9:30 a.m. - Dad and child5:00 p.m. Be sure to see our newest zoo dads, the camel and red-crowned crane.

June 19: Chillin’ at the Zoo with Reed’s Dairy- What better way to celebrate dads at the zoo than with ice cream! On Saturday June 19, from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., you’ll scream for all-you-can-eat ice cream at tkids eating ice creamhis family-friendly zoo fundraiser hosted by Tautphaus Park Zoological Society and Reed’s Dairy! Cost of the event is $7 per person plus zoo admission, TPZS memberships are valid for zoo admission, but not on ice cream tickets, which must be purchased separately at the event.

It’s always a great day at the zoo! Admission is a steal of a deal at only $8 for adults (ages 13-61), $6.50 for seniors (62+), $5.00 for children (ages 3-12), and $0.50 for ages 2 and under.  The zoo is open daily for the 2021 season, 9:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., including holidays.
