Idaho Falls Police arrested 42-year-old Bradley C. Maxwell for felony possession of a controlled substance and fraudulent possession of a financial transaction card on Friday night.
Maxwell of Idaho Falls was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
According to reports, officers contacted Maxwell for suspicious behavior in the alley of the 300 block of Park Avenue around 11:55 p.m. During the contact, Maxwell was found in possession of Methamphetamine and someone else’s financial bank card.
He was also found in possession of a syringe.
In a separate incident, Idaho Falls Police also arrested 31-year-old Eduardo G. Anguiano for drugs on Sunday evening.
Anguiano was booked into the Bonneville County Jail for felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to reports, officers were dispatched to the Teton Laundromat for a person activing suspicious around 5:50 p.m. Prior to police arriving, the person left on foot and headed west on East First Street.
Officers contacted Anguiano, who matched the description. It was apparent he was under the influence of drugs. In his possession, he had Marijuana, Methamphetamine, a grinder and a Methamphetamine pipe.
