Idaho Falls, ID – On Tuesday, Feb. 20, construction crews will begin work on the Well 18 Water Line project. There will be road closures and lane restrictions from 111 E. 65^th west across to 5^th West to the city’s existing well site. 

The project is necessary to expand capacity for future development. Barring unforeseen conditions, the project completion time is two months.

The construction activities associated with the project include, but are not limited to installation of water lines, valves, fittings, sprinkler system repair and an underground bore to cross the German Canal.

Detours will be set up during different work phases to promote safety in addition to expediting the project schedule.

Please watch for equipment and workers, follow all traffic signs and flaggers, and reduce speeds to posted limits.
