[ARCHIVED] Swimming for Fitness

For swimmers who would like to improve technique, swim   faster, build endurance, and learn to enjoy swimming laps for fitness.  Great for beginners as well as triathletes.  Participants MUST be comfortable in the water and able to swim 25 yards.
