Vandal(s) broke 17 panes of glass between 9:00 p.m. Monday night and 6:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.
At 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the school custodian at Fox Hollow Elementary off Bellin Road discovered the damage and notified police. There were no signs of entry into the school. All of the broken windows were external. Most of the windows have double pane glass, which are expensive to replace.
The preliminary estimate of the total damage is around $7,000.

Three other vandalism reports were made to police this month regarding broken windows at the same school:
- On Tuesday, July 10th at 7:00 a.m., the school reported one broken window.
- On Thursday, July 19th at 12:55 p.m., the school reported another broken window.
- On Monday, July 23rd at 6:00 a.m., the school reported two more broken windows.
Monday night's incident was the most severe. Police suspect the incidents of vandalism which were reported on July 23rd and 24th may have been done by the same person or people.
Police only have one lead at this time. A surveillance camera captured a pickup truck enter the parking lot around 11:30 p.m. and exit the lot approximately an hour later. The truck is dark in color and is a newer model, but more review of surveillance needs to be completed before police will know more about the suspicious truck.
