Idaho Falls Police arrested 34-year-old Edward A. Hammer for two counts of felony fraudulent possession of a financial transaction card.

Hammer, of Idaho Falls, was already at the Bonneville County Jail for an unrelated crime.

According to reports, in early February, Hammer was arrested during a traffic stop for driving without privileges. During the arrest, he was found to be illegally in possession of two financial transaction cards.
