Shelter 3 is located on Fountain View Drive and faces the grassy area near the big fountain. It has 10 tables and seats 60 people. It has electrical outlets and water access. This shelter has no playground equipment next to it. Bathrooms are located to the north of this shelter near Lilac Circle. Behind this shelter and across the street are tennis courts and horse shoe pits.
