Lilac Circle is located on Picnic Way. This is a picnic area only with no shelter. There are 15 picnic tables and it seats 90. There is playground equipment. Bathrooms are next to picnic area. There is no electricity. There is water access with a water spigot that can be rented from the Recreation Center.
