    1. The Idaho Falls Zoo is open from 9:30 AM-5:00 PM. Fieldtrip times CANNOT start before 9:30 AM. Chaperones or other guests are not able to pay until the zoo opens.
    2. There is no guarantee my requested date and time will be available. I understand I will be notified via email about zoo visit updates.
    3. Chaperones and others paying separately should arrive 15 minutes or more before my group arrives so they can pay admission (except if visit is scheduled at 9:30 AM). I will inform them they will not receive the group rate if paying individually.

    1. I understand and acknowledge that anyone paying separately from my group (parents and chaperones) or any group totaling less than 15 people will not receive the Group Admission rate and will pay regular admission prices.
