Zoo Daytime Event Request Form

  1. Looking to book a daytime event at the zoo? You are in the right place! Please completely fill out the request below and the guest services department staff will be in touch with you to confirm your event details.
  2. Pricing and Scheduling

    Cost is $250 plus tax ($100 nonrefundable deposit dues at booking) for a two-hour rental of the tent on the green. Does NOT include admission. Your guests pay group rate: adults (age 13-61) $7.00 each, children (age 3-12) $4.50 each, seniors (62 and older) $5.50. Children 2 and under are $0.50. Your reservation is not complete until you've been contacted by our Guest Services dept. and paid your event deposit.

  3. What is Included

    Two-hour rental of the Tent on the Green during regular zoo hours (can request additional time below; ten (10) picnic tables (one is ADA). The area can seat approximately 100 people. Daytime events only available for booking from late April-mid October. 

  4. What is Not Included

    Admission is NOT included in event price and your guests pay the group rates listed above (limited number available); additional tables and chairs only provided upon request; 10'x10' pop-up tents upon request (max of five at $35 each); must provide all of your own supplies including extensions cords (220V not available).

  5. Will you have a caterer or other subcontactor at your event?*

    If you're having a caterer, face painter, snow cone vendor, etc. at your event please let us know. Your vendors MUST make prior arrangements on setup, arrival time, takedown, etc. with the Zoo Guest Services Supervisor AT LEAST one week before event.
