A deep water workout that uses buoyancy equipment on ankles and hands to increase resistance. “Moving the water” is our motto as this high intensity class works everything! Burn those extra calories and take advantage of an early morning or an evening class. Ankle cuffs, hand buoys, and webbed gloves are available for rent or purchase.
