Rick Cloutier serves as Director of the Idaho Falls Regional Airport.  Prior to that position, he was the Assistant Director of Airports for Horry County-Myrtle Beach SC airport system. Rick has over 25 years’ experience in the aviation industry including airport management, operations and aircraft maintenance. He is a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives. He also serves as a board member on the U.S. Contract Tower Association board and as a board member of the American Association of Airport Executives Small Airports Committee. Rick is a former Marine with over 20 years of service.
